General Information
Create Change: Educate, Inspire, Lead the Way!
April has been designated national Autism Awareness Month and provides the perfect opportunity for individuals and organizations across the nation to educate their communities about autism. Autism New Jersey's "Autism Awareness Ambassador Program" enables individuals concerned about autism to raise awareness in their neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and local communities.
Our Autism Awareness Ambassador program provides tips and tools to help you get involved and spread awareness in your school, workplace or community!
This year, our 2012 Awareness Ambassador Program theme is “Create Change." Join us in our mission to change the way the world views autism. Educate your peers, inspire others to act and lead the way to improving the lives of individuals affected by autism.

Just for Kids
Do you have a school-aged child interested in being a "Junior Ambassador?" Children often have a difficult time explaining to their peers why their brother or sister is "different." Being a Junior Ambassador will assist children in speaking to their communities about the complexities of autism. By participating as a Junior Ambassador, your child up will receive their own kit with information and activities just for kids. Sign up today!
