Workshop Selection
There are six workshop time slots during the Conference: A, B and C on Friday and D, E, and F on Saturday. Workshop capacity may be limited and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a workshop’s registration reaches capacity, you will be notified and asked to choose an alternative. Click here for a full list of avaliable workshops.
Registration
Fill out a separate registration form for each attending person. Photocopy the form as often as necessary. Registration is on a first-come, firsts erved basis and the deadline is September 25, 2010. If registration has not reached capacity and Autism New Jersey can accommodate late registration, a late fee of $25 per attendee will be assessed. After September 25, call first to find out if late registration will be accepted. Confirmation will be e-mailed to those who have registered on or before the deadline. Substitutions for original registrants may be made, but you must notify Autism New Jersey by September 25, 2010. Payment
Payment in the form of credit card, check or money order should be submitted with your registration form. Purchase orders are acceptable (online registration is not available for purchase orders). If your company routinely takes several weeks to process a check, send in your registration form with a note indicating that the check will follow. Groups should register by sending one check for registration and a separate registration form for each attendee. Autism New Jersey also accepts online registration with a credit card. If enclosing exhibitor, advertising or sponsorship payment, please include a separate check.
Group Discounts
When organizations register 10 or more, a 10% discount will be applied to each registration. Family members and caregivers may be included in the group discount. In order to receive the group iscount, all fees must be paid under one purchase order, credit card or check. To register your group, please call 609.588.8200, extension 13 or conference@autismnj.org. Group registration discounts are not available online.
Registration Refunds and Cancellations
All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail notification to conference@autismnj.org. Cancellations must be made before the September 25, 2010 deadline. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after September 25.
